If the item doesn’t fit, the color’s not right or if you just don’t like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

Important: For items that are placed Made to Order, our standard 30-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.

Dress review

This dress met all of my expectations it was comfortable, flattering, and the best part about their dresses is that they have pockets in them which makes everything better. I absolutely recommend it was true to size. I did have it a little bit. It was a little long, but I am short . Over all my experience with Birdy Grey is definitely a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful fit

The dress is wonderful. It is long. My daughter is 6’1” and she can wear low heels. She is a size 10 and is wearing a large. The flow of the material is flattering.
