Free exchanges apply to U.S. orders only. Canadian exchanges include discounted return shipping. International orders (excluding orders to Canada) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility
Hey Birdy! All items are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original, unworn condition with tags on. Suit vents and pockets must be unopened, or the return will not be approved.

Return Policy
You have 30 days to return or exchange your eligible item. For returns at a returns bar, a return shipping fee is applied per order and waived for exchanges. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and an additional $3 processing fee applies for returns by mail.
All international orders (excluding orders to Canada) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs
To start an exchange, visit birdygrey.happyreturns.com. Select the item you’d like to exchange and choose “Refund for store credit.” You’ll receive an e-gift card, which you can then use to purchase the new style on our site.
Once your return or exchange is dropped off or mailed, you’ll receive an email with your e-gift card code. Think of it as a digital Birdy Grey gift card—it can be used on anything on our site. To use it:
Visit our site and select your desired style(s)
2. Head to checkout
3. Copy and paste the e-gift card code into the gift card field at checkout
Please note: Canadian exchanges are not free, but we offer a discounted return shipping rate of $10.99.
Because Birdy Grey offers multiple shipping options and production timelines, issuing an e-gift card is the fastest and most flexible way to ensure you can get the exact item you need as quickly as possible.
This allows you to immediately place a new order without waiting for your return to be processed.
If you’re returning an item for a refund (instead of store credit), your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days of dropping off your item at a Happy Returns location or mailing your return.
You’re welcome to reach out to our CX team at sup@birdygrey.com and we will work to find a resolution for you. That said, the fastest option is to select a different style in the same colorway that’s marked “Ready to Ship.” Ready-to-ship styles are in stock and ship much sooner than made-to-order items.
