If the item doesn’t fit, the color’s not right or if you just don’t like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange. Please note that there is a restocking fee per eligible returned item (exchanges are totally free!). Learn more about eligible items and restocking fees here.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

Important: For items that are placed Made to Order, our standard 30-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.

After reading the reviews I ordered a small. It was way too big. I returned it for an extra small and it fit. I usually wear an extra small or small. I thought the dress runs big. If in between sizes, order down. It is a cream off white color. not white. I was going to return it bc I was looking for a white corset dress but for the price it is worth it.

Instant return

Dress ran super small. I ordered my usual size a XXL since I’m typically a 16/18 and it was WAY too small with zero stretch. Also didn’t look nearly as nice as in the picture.
