Ice quality but runs small recommend sizing up

Really Unflattering

I really truly wish I liked this piece more. As someone who doesn't enjoy dresses, I was really wishing for a piece which could be adaptable to different events I wanted to wear something nice to, especially given the cost. There were no good photos of just HOW structured the top of this jumpsuit was. The cups are super stiff, and the boning is bent outwards, which creates a really unflattering appearance on me as someone who does not have a large bust. There's silicone lining along the BACK of the jumpsuit, but not along the front, so it constantly rides down and causes the top of the neckline to flip over, which is quick frustrating. Also, it's not very long in the torso, so be aware my fellow tall folks that this is definitely going to ride down a bit. I was really hoping for a cute off the shoulder look with this jumpsuit, but with the shorter torso length, that's simply not possible- especially since the jumpsuit only comes with patterned optional-spaghetti straps. I wish it would have come with clear ones so I could have the minimal support I needed without compromising the off-the-shoulder look. As some others have mentioned, the waistline hits REALLY high up, which again is really frustrating for someone with a longer torso and no bust- it hits at my lower ribcage instead of my natural waist, making me look a bit wider and overall not looking flattering at all. Additionally, the pocket-slit in the lining is not sewn to the pocket-slit of the top fabric, and my wedding ring, watch, and bracelets keep getting caught in it. Since it's not sewn to be simply one pocket, I also find myself dropping my phone and my chapstick down between the fabrics instead of into my pocket. I got the Doe Painted Botanics color, which I will admit is absolutely gorgeous, but be aware that some of the painting-strokes are way more pink in person than the pictured grey/cream tones. Not a deal breaker for me since it still looks nice with my complexion, but just beware if you're looking for something super earth-toned that this pattern actually hold lots of peachy-pink tones in the "botanics" part of the pattern. Overall, I would not buy this jumpsuit again, let alone anything from Birdy Grey again to be honest. I was really disappointed with my entire experience, from lack of size inclusivity (I'm 6'0" and ordered a Large, which barely fit around my ribs, but still had SUPER structured cups?? Like where would that fit? Especially since other parts of the jumpsuit fit fine, the waist has plenty of room most likely due to where the awkwardly high waistline is on this jumpsuit), to the customer support which basically just thanked me for purchasing from Birdy Grey and kept trying to sell me something I already bought instead of just addressing my concerns, and then waiting quite a long while for something "Made to Order" which then overall ended up being something I didn't even like look of on me. The color is nice I guess, I'll give them that.

The quality looked nice but it was no where near being big enough to fit around my chest.
