Disappointed! Super cute BUT poor quality

I ordered these heels specifically for my best friend’s bridal shower which was on April 27, 2025 and they arrived on time, which I appreciated since they were also meant for her wedding! When I first put them on, I was really happy, they looked adorable and felt super comfy! Exactly what I was hoping for... However, just a few hours into wearing them (literally within 4 hours) I noticed some glue coming out from the inside. I tried to brush it off because they were still wearable but then the front strap completely ripped off! I couldn’t believe it. It was my first time wearing them and they completely fell apart. I was so bummed and disappointed because these heels had such potential but the quality just didn’t hold up. Honestly feels like I got a defective or bad batch. Really wish they had lasted longer because they were perfect otherwise!
