If the item doesn’t fit, the color’s not right or if you just don’t like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

Important: For items that are placed Made to Order, our standard 30-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.

Not really smaller than other styles

I normally order size M, but i read this style run smaller son I ordered a size L and its too big. Also didn’t love the construction of the dress but i received late and im past my return window so im keeping it

FIRST OFF, THE DRESS QUALITY OF THIS WEBSITE IS EXTREMELY BAD, BUT this dress was my favorite of all the dresses in this color/midi length. I HAD TO ORDER 3 DIFFERENT STYLES TO FIND ONE I SEMI-LIKED. THE ONLY REASON I’M EVEN STICKING WITH A DRESS FROM THIS WEBSITE IS BECAUSE IT’S WHAT THE BRIDE CHOSE. HERE ARE THE PROBLEMS: 1. THE COLORS LOOK VERY DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURES. THIS COLOR IS VERY GREY LOOKING, NOT A WARM CHAMPAGNE LIKE THE PICTURE. 2. THE DELIVERY TOOK OVER A MONTH 3. THE SIZING IS SO OFF! I AM ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS A SMALL IN EVERYTHING (5’2” AND 122 LBS) AND I NEEDED AN XS TO MAKE ANY DRESSES FROM THIS SITE WORK CORRECTLY. THE BUST IS the BIGGEST PROBLEM IN THAT IT’S WAY TOO BIG ON ALL THESE DRESSES (I’M A B CUP FOR REFERENCE). The xs on this dress fit well in the bust but I would 100% size if you are small-medium chested. The length is also long so if you are 5’2” like me, just expect it to be slightly long. THE ONLY COMPLIMENT I HAVE FOR THIS SITE IS THAT THE BRAND AND WEBSITE IS CUTE AND THE EXCHANGES/RETURNS WERE VERY EASY. ALL I CAN SAY IS… DO BETTER.
