Poor Sleeve Design

Dress is beautiful and fits very well. Extremely flattering silhouette. Sleeves are buttoned on and fall off extremely easily.

Flattering for curves

The dress was nice. The color was as depicted and the fuller skirt would be flattering on curves. The only reason I rated a 4/5 is the material seems to be a bit thin and the pockets were basically a slit cut into the outer later of chiffon with access to the actual pocket in the dress' under layer.

Dress didn’t fit, but easy returns and great customer service!

I usually wear a size medium, however I was swimming in this dress. It took so long to arrive, that I was worried about exchanging and going through the whole process again. Birdy Grey made the experience super easy though, and I was able to drop the dress off via Happy Returns the same day and get the refund process started. With a $20 bonus refund, I was able to pay for expedited shipping, making the process (hopefully) smoother this time!
