Great customer service, dress runs large

I had to return my dress for a different size, and the customer service people i talked to were WONDERFUL! In terms of sizing, i’m typically a 2-4 in dresses, or Small. I ordered a small and it fit like a medium. I exchanged it for an XS and it’s still loose up top. Thankfully I can make do and wear this dress as a halter style so it will give me enough support! overall very pretty dress, can’t wait to wear in my friends wedding!

Not disappointing!

It's always sketchy ordering something online but this didn't disappoint. It's very nice quality, well made and the color is on point. I am very happy with it!

Tru to size

Item was nice material and was great we could have it worn multiple ways. Customer service was great. It was sent to wrong address, but might have been my fault. But they offered to resend me the dress which I thought was nice.

Grace Convertible

The dress is beautiful, but I ordered too small. I've gotten Birdy grey dresses before in XS and they fit perfectly, but were a stretchier material. This dress, because it is strapless is not as stretchy, but I love the dress and am going to get the same one in a size up.
