Great dress, straps too tight

This item is great quality and overall very flattering as pictured, however the straps are too short and tight despite being on the loosest setting. I am very small-chested and generally a size 0 or 2, so it’s surprising that I have to have the straps at the loosest setting and it still sitting too high up on my chest and squeezing my shoulders.

Cute+bridesmaids+dress

Very cute! Nice material. My only issues is that the neckline sits funny, I’ll probably have to tuck it in or iron it to lay smoother.
